Course Overview

This 2-day Reiki second-degree course is designed for students who have already completed Reiki first degree.

At this level, your connection with Reiki energy becomes stronger and clearer. You will learn how to work with sacred symbols, practice distance healing, and support deeper emotional and mental balance. This training helps you grow from a basic practitioner into a more confident and skilled healer.

Reiki Level 1 certification is required to join.

Course Content

The Three Pillars of Reiki

You will understand and practice the three traditional pillars of Usui Reiki:

Gassho—A meditation practice to calm the mind and center your energy.
Reiji-Ho – Learning to trust your intuition and allow Reiki to guide your hands.
Chiryo – Hands-on healing practice using Reiki energy.

These pillars build focus, awareness, and a stronger connection with Reiki.

Usui Reiki Symbols (Three Sacred Symbols)

You will receive and learn how to use the three traditional Level 2 symbols:

Power Symbol – Increases and focuses healing energy.
Mental/Emotional Symbol – Supports emotional balance and clears negative thought patterns.
The distance symbol allows you to send Reiki across distance, time, and situations.

You will practice drawing, chanting, and using these symbols during healing sessions.

Chi Ball (Energy Ball Practice)

You will also practice creating and working with a chi ball:

Feel energy between your hands
Build sensitivity to subtle energy
Scan and balance the aura
Send healing energy with intention

This practice helps you gain confidence in sensing and directing energy.

Daily Schedule

Day 1

2:00 pm – Arrival
2:30 pm – Herbal tea and welcome
3:00 pm – Review of Level 1 and introduction to the Three Pillars
5:00 pm – Teaching and practicing the Reiki symbols
7:00 pm – Dinner

Day 2

7:00 am – Reiki Level 2 attunement ceremony
8:00 am – Chi Ball and energy practice
9:00 am – Breakfast
10:00 am – Distance healing practice
1:00 pm – Lunch
2:00 pm – Certification ceremony and closing

Meals

Three organic vegetarian meals are provided daily:

Morning – Warm lemon water, fruits, herbal tea, sprouts, and light grains
Lunch – Organic vegetables, lentils, rice, or roti
Dinner – Light soups and simple, nourishing dishes
